Whether you shop with us in-store or online, we want to ensure a smooth experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our detailed return and refund policy below.

In-Store Purchases:
For purchases made in our physical store:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory for all returns or exchanges.
  • All eligible returns must be initiated within 10 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Online Purchases:
For items purchased on our website:

  • A digital receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • All eligible returns must be initiated within 10 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Exemptions
The following goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Coffee
  • Gift Cards
  • Sale items, which are considered FINAL SALE.

If we’ve made an error in your order, we will correct our mistake at no cost to you.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, email us at info@virginhillcoffee.com.

Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee will be charged on returned and exchanged items to help cover the administrative fees for processing and handling returns. Restocking fees are charged only on returns and exchanges made at the customer’s discretion, not on returns of defective merchandise or returns of items sent in error.

Refunds
Upon inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Re-check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company; there may be some processing time before the refund is posted.
  • If you’ve taken both steps and the refund is still missing, please contact us at info@virginhillcoffee.com.

Shipping Returns
For online returns, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. When returning items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
