We are committed to quality and freshness. Virgin Hill Coffee roasts only the finest quality Arabica beans in small batches ensuring the highest quality gourmet coffee. Our team monitors every aspect of the art and science that goes into the preparation of each bean, to ensure you get perfect coffee every time.
We take pride in our product and want you to be 100% satisfied with your Virgin Hill coffee and products that you’ve purchased from our website. We will make certain everything is done so that you have an enjoyable experience dealing with us. If you are unhappy with your purchase please email us at customerservice@virginhillcoffee.com to make arrangements. We do not issue refunds, but we will happily exchange your purchase for a product of the same value if notified within 30 days of purchase. Please note shipping for exchanges is the customer’s responsibility.
Postage and Delivery
Our postage rates are a fixed rate for Canada and the U.S. This is a flat rate of $7.00 (CAD) for an unlimited number of items up to $40 when shipping becomes free of charge. For shipments in Canada we use Canada Post and for the U.S. we use USPS. Please note Virgin Hill Coffee will process your order as soon as possible and within 48 hours of receiving your online order. All regular shipping delivery estimates for Canada Post and USPS apply (usually between 3-5 business days). Shipping is calculated for you during the checkout process.
